Refund policy
Every Rally Cap item is printed just for you when you order it. We don't keep stock sitting on a shelf, which means we can't accept returns for a simple change of heart the way a store buying in bulk can. But we'll always make it right, one way or another.
If something's wrong with your order
This is on us, 100% of the time, no cost to you:
- Wrong item shipped
- Defective product (print error, misalignment, fabric flaw, damage from production)
- Damaged in transit
- Wrong size shipped against our own size chart
We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you'd rather have.
To report it: email hello@rallycapapparel.com with your order number and a photo, within 30 days of delivery.
If you just want something different
Changed your mind, it's not what you expected, doesn't match the family's vision, whatever the reason:
- Request store credit within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
- Credit is issued at 85% of the item's value, since a custom-printed item can't be resold to anyone else once it's made.
- Keep the original item. No need to ship anything back.
- Credit never expires and works on anything in the shop, including the next drop.
To request it: email hello@rallycapapparel.com with your order number and the reason within 30 days of delivery.
If the size is wrong
Sizing can run differently across brands, so check the size chart on the product page before you order. If it still doesn't fit:
- One size exchange within 14 days of delivery, at half the cost of producing the replacement.
- Keep the original item. A quick photo confirming the sizing issue is all we need.

Good to know
- Styles stay in the shop as long as they're selling, so store credit isn't racing a closing drop.
- All windows are measured from your delivery date, not your order date.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered for a size exchange.
