Shipping Policy

All RALLY CAP products are made to order just for you. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Production Time

Every item is printed on demand after your order is placed. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before your order ships. This is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days (where available)

Total delivery time = production time + shipping transit time.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

RALLY CAP is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school, etc.), production and shipping times may be longer than usual.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us at hello@rallycapapparel.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to make it right.
